MOTRA.ro este o platforma online de anunturi auto care faciliteaza conexiunea intre vanzatorii de vehicule (dealeri auto si persoane fizice) si potentialii cumparatori. Prin accesarea si utilizarea platformei, accepti urmatorii termeni si conditii.

2. Definitions

Platforma - the website motra.ro and all associated services.
Utilizator - any person who accesses the platform.
Cont - a profile created on the platform by a user.
Anunt - a vehicle sale offer published on the platform.
Dealer - a legal entity engaged in auto trading.

3. Registration and account

To publish listings or use advanced features, account creation is required. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and for all actions performed through their account.

4. Publishing listings

Individuals can publish up to 3 listings for free simultaneously. Car dealers benefit from dedicated packages with more options. All listings must contain real and up-to-date vehicle information.

5. Liability

MOTRA does not participate in transactions between users and is not responsible for the quality of listed vehicles, the accuracy of listing information, or any disputes between parties.

6. Intellectual property rights

Continutul platformei (design, texte, logo-uri, cod sursa) este proprietatea MOTRA si este protejat de legislatia drepturilor de autor. Utilizarea neautorizata este interzisa.

7. Modification of terms

MOTRA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or by display on the platform.
